Not intended for lay readers or as a self-help book; this volume seeks to guide therapists through application of the cognitive-behavioral approach to treating hoarding behavior. It is a concrete and specific guide to a method validated by extensive research.
A helpful addition to any clinical library. Also a helpful teaching tool for graduate courses, and a great illustration of CBT principles applied to a very specific problem.
