Jeff Krause is someone that we should strive to be like ! Such amazing perseverance and toughness like no other. David Goggins and Jeff are two of my fav role models. Would love to meet Jeff one day !

Great Experience of All Three Service Branches

This book first caught my eye when I decided to start training for my shot at Special Forces. This book is nothing like I have read before on the topic of Special Forces. The author Jeff Kraus had the opportunity during his military career to attended not one but THREE different Special Forces schools! After finishing his time in the Army Special Forces, Kraus then re-enlisted in the Navy to attend BUD/S to become a SEAL. After becoming a SEAL, Kraus went on to try his hand at Ranger School. The Author does not give a lengthy background of his life, but instead gives full detailed accounts of his experiences at each demanding school, surviving the cut every time! For anyone who is looking to join the SOF community or loves to read about Commando training I would highly suggest this book!

I was in both the US Army Rangers and also the US Special Forces. I found his book to be both entertaining and pretty accurate .
