Richard Bromfield is a faculty member of Harvard Medical School’s Massachusetts Mental Health Center. He has written extensively about children, psychotherapy, and family life, and maintains a private practice with children and adult clients.

Outstanding Book Whatever Your Theoretical Orientation

Dr. Bromfield writes in an easy to understand way that flows without the clunkiness that defines so many clinical books. His approach is accessible and this book is helpful regardless of your theoretical orientation. It's one of my most valued books when I need guidance in my work conducting therapy with children and adolescents.

Great Book

I have been reading this book for the past few months and it's a great book. It appears simplistic in it's approach of difficult clinical issues but at the same time the author tackles these issues and explains it very well. As an early CAP, I am sure I will be referring to this book multiple times.
