I really enjoyed this book. I kind of thought it should have been less traveling but I really loved Dax, he made me overlook those parts.

Solid beginning to a series

I really enjoyed this book. While I clicked the some violence option, I should say that the violence is of a fairly intense nature and would not recommend this book to younger audiences, even though the hero is young. Why I put some instead of graphic is that there aren't really that many scenes of violence based on the overall length of the book, so it isn't really just one gruesome act after another. I will also say that I feel the scenes of violence fit the story and were not there just to ramp up the action quotient; in addition, I feel the story would suffer from their absence because of their link to an inherent aspect of the dragon-bound.

Very good book,great characters. I bought this book with no great expectations but I am glad I did , the story never got boring and flowed well . One or two spelling mistakes but didn't take away any enjoyment I got from reading it. Looking forward to the next book.
